I help my client manage their site that provide service on monthly subscription basis. Its like once a customer sign-up and pay, they get access to some member only section in the website.

However, one of the major concern is that customers tend to wait for a while like a week or 2 after using the service, they file a charge back. The site do have a "Service Agreement" that if customer/visitors start to use the service, no chargeback at all will be entertained or sort of. But there are still occasions where such chargebacks filing happen after these visitors/customers utilized the service.

Any solution to curb this?

Lately the trend has a slight increase to about 2 occurances per week. It is more towards future prevention for any potential fraud that could possibly caused losses to my client. Well, better be safe than sorry Cheesy.

It depends on the reason code.  If it was "I didn't do it" - then there is not too much you can do unless the merchant is signed up for Verified by Visa, etc.  But that will only protect the first charge.  All recurring charges would not be protected.
