Starting and Marketing A gift Card Biz?

Hello all smart genius here  .  Would like to know how should I go about in starting and marketing a new gift card business? It is something like designing my own cards + envelopes, also come with hand written personal message that customers wish to put in.

For personalized service, I would even mail the gift card for them if they would like to. My major roadblock now is how and where to get the ball rolling. I hope you guys can help. throw me some lights.
