There is this application called NVU, well it is free and suitable for site design. I've been playing around with it, and it "should look" simple enough for newbie. Wondering if anyone has more experience in using it so far? maybe you could help to provide some good tips for me? Thanks.

Never heard of it. How are you progressing with it?

So far seems good for me. I tried to play around it to get myself familiarized with its functionality. Well, honestly it is pretty easy after few round of tried and errors. It is straight forward as in "WYSIWYG" format.

Under the "Source" section, I tried to twist and change some layout, and view them in "Normal" format to see the outcome. Quite easy for newbie. Grin

Well, NVU is pronounce as "New View" , it is open source application so it is free. I wasn't aware of it before until I was searching for something simple especially for newbie who do not know much about html and web design. This application is one of the first tools that I used in "designing" my site when I was just started learning about web design.

I'm glad it's going well for you. I may have to check it out myself.
