What are these fees?

While I was searching for a suitable merchant account. I come across several fees involved in merchant accounts. After reading the fine-print, I discover that there are actually quite some kind of "fees" to take note.

There are some fees type which I don't really understand and couldn't find its detailed definition. Anyone have ideas on these fees :-
    * WATTS Fee
    * Global/ POS Watts Fee
    * PQ Charge Fee
    * PQ DMP Annual Fee
    * Network Inquiry Fee

There are still other type of fees, so let's get into them after the above are sorted out first. Thanks for your kind guide.
