Hi everyone, recently it just sparks of my thoughts on this issue. If you are planning to get your offline business venturing into online arena, how important it is to get a domain that's exactly match your offline business name ?

Or it is still consider alright to just register some other general and yet related name for it??

Well, the question is: do you want your clients to find you easily online? Then match the domain with your business name.

For me, it was a high priority. I absolutely wanted a domain name to match my offline business. It took two days of brainstorming and domain searching to find a name I liked that was available in both .com and .net.

I would think that would be of extremely high priority!  People can only find you if they know what you are looking for.
