Ok, I think there has been quite a big portion of webmasters that would work on their sites to be in compliance with W3C validation. However, after you have follow all the guides and be in compliance with W3C, would it really help in your site's search engine positioning ?? Huh

Yes, it will help. Not over night, but it will certainly do. Google likes accessible pages - as they consider W3C standard websites user friendly. They do have a tendency towards such sites now. Check this out:

I definitely have to say yes.  A few sites that I have done are W3 compliant and rank very well for some keywords and I have really not done any search engine optimization for it.
